Seattle, WA · Former Private Practice Therapist

You're not broken.
You're exhausted.

I spent years as a therapist charging $300 a session watching people pour their savings into healing. I knew there had to be a better way — so I built one. This is for people who are functioning on the outside but running on empty on the inside.

You deserve to finally find yourself.

Days to reset your nervous system

I left private practice
for you.

For years I worked as a licensed therapist — specializing in Complex PTSD, high-achieving anxiety, and depression. I watched brilliant, capable people spend thousands of dollars trying to feel okay. And many of them did get better. But the pace of healing was too slow, the cost too high, and access too limited.

I developed a method I kept seeing work quickly: learning to keep one foot grounded in the present and one in the past. Not to dwell — but to integrate. To stop running from your own story long enough to finally meet yourself in it.

I used to charge $300 per session. Now I offer the workbook for $17 — with an option to go deeper for those who are ready. Because healing shouldn't require a second mortgage. And you shouldn't have to wait years to feel like yourself.

I want people to feel like they could cry — because they finally found what they were looking for all their lives. Themselves.

Nervous system as infrastructure
Healing should be accessible

You've done everything right.
And you're still so tired.

You've been in therapy. Read the books. Done the journaling. And you're still exhausted in a way you can't quite explain to anyone.
You're the one people call when things fall apart. You hold it together. You show up. But inside, you're running on nothing.
You've built a life that looks okay from the outside — and you feel guilty that it doesn't feel like enough on the inside.
You've wondered if something is fundamentally wrong with you. If everyone else just handles life better than you do.
You don't need someone to tell you to breathe. You need someone who finally explains what's actually happening in your body — and gives you something real to do about it.
You're not looking for motivation. You're looking for yourself.

If you read that and felt something — you're in the right place.

A small invitation
to come back to yourself.

"I'm safe in this moment."

Daryl Vale Co.

The nervous system
is infrastructure.

I've been developing a framework that reframes how we understand regulation — not as emotional management, but as an energy-timing system that decides whether your body has enough buffer to continue.

01
Infrastructure, not emotion

The nervous system allocates energy, times repair, and calculates whether there is enough buffer to continue. If there isn't — it collapses into urgency.

02
Time is the carrier signal

When time collapses, we call it anxiety. When time stretches, we call it safety. Regulation is not emotional positivity — it is regained temporal flexibility.

03
The body calculates first

Threat is registered physiologically before the mind constructs a story. HRV drops after visibility. Temperature rises before conscious stress. The body knows before you do.

04
Love preserves time

Across generations, across relationships — love is not a feeling. It is the act of protecting someone else's capacity to pace themselves through time.

"You are not a productivity system.
You are infrastructure.
And infrastructure deserves maintenance, not criticism."

Testing the theory with an Oura Ring

Not to optimize. Not to biohack. But to observe — whether biometrics shift when life loses time. HRV after high-visibility posting. Body temperature before conscious stress. Sleep during financial uncertainty. Private creative work improving readiness.

The body should register infrastructure strain before the mind constructs the narrative. And so far — it does.

The 12-Week Program —
Ground, Regulate, Love.

The workbook gives you the foundation. The 12-week program is where you rebuild — not from the top down, but from the inside out. This is for people who are ready to stop managing their symptoms and start understanding their system.

I work with a small number of people at a time. A brief consult call is the first step — no pressure, no pitch. Just a 20-minute conversation to see if this is the right fit.

What we work on

  • Grounding — one foot in the present, one in the past
  • Nervous system regulation through daily practice
  • Seeing yourself and the world through love, not fear
  • Understanding the infrastructure of your anxiety
  • Ending the cycle of high-functioning exhaustion

This is for you if

  • You've tried therapy and still feel stuck
  • You're high-functioning but running on empty
  • You experience CPTSD, anxiety, or chronic people-pleasing
  • You're ready to finally meet yourself
  • You want something that actually works — and works quickly
Limited spots available — I keep cohorts intentionally small.

Real words from
real healing.

From my years as a therapist at Waves Counseling — the same approach, now accessible to everyone.

★★★★★

"I have tried therapy before and thought it wasn't for me — until I was referred to Daryl and realized I never met the right therapist. I've been seeing her for over a year and I can't imagine my life without her. She is able to have friendly, personable interactions while remaining completely professional. She is the best."

★★★★★

"I wish there was a way to give Daryl more than 5 stars. She does not judge a book by its cover, nor its contents. She brings a light and positivity to everything she does. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today — and probably not on this earth — without her."
